Workshops & webinars

People are increasingly finding it difficult to truly relax, both at work and in their personal lives. Yet science clearly shows that we sacrifice quality, creativity, and productivity when our bodies are under stress or tension.

Learning to consciously manage and deploy your energy where needed helps your employees remain sustainably employable with passion and motivation in the long term. We achieve this by translating ancient wisdom into daily work and life, using scientifically proven techniques. Participants first learn to understand the impact these exercises have on the body and mind. Additionally, they receive the opportunity to practice and immediately apply theory under expert guidance.

Learning format: workshops, inspiration sessions, experiential sessions, keynotes, webinars
Online or on-site
Duration: 1 hour to half a day (negotiable and depending on the learning objective and target audience)
Number of participants: small and large groups are possible

Please feel free to contact us without obligation; together we can discuss how to inspire your team in the most accessible way and allow them to experience the virtues of body-conscious connection.

Sustainable entrepreneurship requires making conscious choices, for yourself and for your environment. Making and anchoring conscious, well-considered choices requires more than just thinking; it primarily requires alignment between your beliefs, your feelings, and your behavior. Consciously feeling and using your body as an instrument for balance ensures a physiological and neurological process that gives your thinking and solution-oriented brain the openness, space, and energy needed to safeguard the continuity of both yourself and your organization.

Possible themes

A selection of possible themes presented in the form of workshops, inspiration sessions, experiential sessions, keynotes, and webinars.

THEMES

  • Stress unmasked – understand the BodyMind connection and the impact of stress on your health, life, work, relations, choices

The impact of stress on your body, nervous system, mindset, brain, work quality, and collaboration. We explore what self-regulation is and its impact on your body, thinking, choices, behavior, and collaboration. Participants experience firsthand which no-nonsense exercises can help regulate the nervous system, allowing you to use the power of your body to make conscious choices and take action every single day. Each exercise is scientifically explained so that it is not just ‘some relaxation’ but can be meaningfully integrated into daily life.

  • From Pressure to Presence – self-regulation based on the 7 powers of a corporate pilgrim

Understanding self-regulation is one thing; applying it is another. In this session, we dive practically into The 7 Powers of a Corporate Pilgrim: the seven simple, science-based techniques that help leaders, teams, and individuals.

The strength of this session is that the science behind each technique is explained in a very hands-on, no-nonsense way, showing why it works and what its impact is on your work, efficiency, productivity, and collaboration. Experience shows that this motivates everyone to work on self-regulation.

  • From Trigger to Teacher – emotional regulation and co-regulation

A session on emotional and psychological safety, not by avoiding what feels uncomfortable, but by learning to see it clearly, calmly, and grounded. This session connects the inner world with relationship dynamics from scientifically substantiated viewpoints and insights. This allows you to work together on a culture where everyone can be attentive to themselves and others.

  • Take a Brea(k)th at Work

A practical, science-based session on the power of functional breathing at work: not by avoiding challenging moments, but by meeting them with clarity, calm, and physiological balance.

  • Empower your Sleep

Restorative sleep begins during the day. In this session, you will learn how daily choices influence recovery at night. It helps participants improve recovery and performance by understanding how daily choices affect sleep quality and by integrating simple, science-based rituals that support sustainable rest.

NEW! TOOLBOX
Experience shows that after the workshops, participants are enthusiastic about continuing to work with the techniques. To maintain this motivation, your organization can purchase the toolbox. This is an additional package containing exercises, video material, recorded listening exercises, guiding emails, and inspiration to continue your own internal campaign and anchoring after the session.

How we work together

preparing:

  • introductory meeting(s) so that I can get to know your company and your needs
  • determining the learning objective or short-term milestones together
  • defining the trajectory; this can take the form of a one-off group session, a trajectory of several consecutive themes, or individual guidance on or off the work floor

packing: reviewing the content, enriching it with tailored examples from the target group, etc.

departing and on the road together: rollout of the trajectory

slowing down: interim reflection or adjustment where necessary, individually or in a group

arriving and moving forward: debriefing and feedback session: ‘how will you continue to build on this as an organization?’

Possible obstacles on the way

  • Aren’t yoga and embodiment a bit ‘airy-fairy’?
It can be different! With a no-nonsense, medically and scientifically based approach, every participant will be able to relate to the exercises.
  • What is the difference between The Corporate Pilgrim and Yoga?
The Corporate Pilgrim is a holistic approach. We use techniques from coaching combined with exercises from yoga therapy. The difference is that yoga therapy is a fully personalized session involving more than just standard yoga exercises. The approach is more personal, and not everyone performs the same exercises by default. We look closely at the individual and determine which exercises are needed for personal growth, development, and recovery. As a result, every session is different and aligns with your specific needs.
  • Slowing down, relaxation, and breathing techniques—yoga is not for me!
Because I’m not flexible, I don’t know how to start, I don’t have time, I don’t feel comfortable doing this in a group, it makes me very restless, I’m afraid of the emotions that might surface, I have injuries or am recovering from burnout, surgery, etc.
If you find that slowing down actually makes you restless, this is a clear signal that your body really needs it. Start with very small steps, such as consciously breathing in and out five times once a day. The exercises we apply in the workshops and somatic guidance are specifically tailored to the target group, their work, and their lives. They are medically grounded so that everyone feels addressed in one way or another.
  • As an employer, I find this interesting, but I don’t think my employees will want this.
What is the reason you ‘think’ it’s not for them? Good communication at the start is fundamental. Why would you find it important for them to receive this offer? I would be happy to discuss this with you personally. I can also support you in correct and targeted communication via text or visual material. The feedback I often receive from employees is actually very positive when an employer offers this to them during working hours.
